Returns & Exchanges
Most new, unused items may be returned within 10 days for an exchange or refund, subject to prior approval. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Custom items, special order items, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, you must contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending any items back to us. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Sales Tax
If a sales tax exemption is applicable to your purchase, please reply to your order confirmation email with the necessary certificate(s) as required by your state. Please indicate whether the exemption should apply to a specific order or all future orders.
While your payment method is authorized for an estimated amount (including sales tax) upon placing an order, the final charge isn't determined until your order is shipped.
Shipments
Most in-stock items ship the same day for orders placed prior to 2pm ET. After placing an order, we will send you an acknowledgement with anticipated ship dates.
Same-day delivery is available in the greater Charlotte area.
